Vital Signs First Aid Training is based amongst the stunning Fells of The English Lake District in Cumbria.

We provide First Aid Courses all over the UK.
Our courses are interactive, dynamic and delivered by highly experienced practitioners who have experience in dealing with casualties in the real world! Our trainers are not just theorists, they have done it for real and are very happy to pass on their vast experience to others.

We deliver Public/Open courses available to anyone and we also travel to your venue to deliver courses to your groups. We can tailor courses to your specific requirements.

Certificated & Accredited qualifications through ITC First Aid Ltd, an HSE approved organisation (HSE 1670/96) & Accredited by OfQual in England, Wales and Northern Ireland and SQA (Scottish Qualification Authority) in Scotland.

Outdoor/Mountain Bike First Aid training courses for outdoor instructors, teachers, field scientists, expeditioners and those who work in urban areas as well who require First Aid at Work and Appointed Persons and Emergency First Aid at Work Training.

We provide specialist First Aid courses in Remote, Mountain, Water, Outdoor First Aid, Wilderness & Expedition First Aid, as well as courses for Paediatric First Aid, First Aid at Work, Appointed Person.
